It publishes general guidance about where Cross County criminal records are held and how to request them from the sheriff, circuit and district courts, Arkansas Crime Information Center and Arkansas State Police systems, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party criminal-history files.
