Why We Built This Site
Arkansas gives the public several ways to inspect criminal-history information, but no single Cross County office holds every record. The Cross County Sheriff's Office handles jail, booking, warrant, and law-enforcement routes. The Cross County Circuit Clerk maintains circuit, criminal, domestic-relations, and juvenile court proceedings. Wynne District Court handles many local district-court matters, while Arkansas repository searches run through ARCH or Arkansas State Police systems. The point of this site is to put those official paths in plain order.
What You Will Find Here
- Record guides: how criminal court case records are searched and read in Cross County
- Official check walkthroughs: how ARCH, Arkansas State Police, Search ARCourts, and local offices fit together
- Agency contacts: where to reach the sheriff, Circuit Clerk, county FOIA office, Wynne police, and Wynne District Court
- Record cleanup help: how Arkansas sealing works and why filed court orders matter before repository data changes
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not part of any Arkansas court, Cross County office, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. The limits are important:
- We cannot run an official background check or pull a criminal record for anyone
- We cannot file sealing petitions, records requests, or any other paperwork on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any criminal record, court document, or rap sheet
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific charge or case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing agency - such as the sheriff, the court clerk, Arkansas State Police, or ACIC-related repository channel - can provide an official copy of a criminal record. This site can identify the route, but the record must come from the office that maintains it.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
